The SF-180 is a high-speed automatic stitching wire flattening and coiling machine for converting round galvanized or copper-coated steel wire into flat stitching wire coils for corrugated carton and box stitching applications.

It combines wire flattening and flat-wire coiling in one machine, together with preset-length control, servo-controlled traverse winding, automatic tying and automatic coil discharge.

Typical production performance is 30–40 finished 2.5 kg coils per hour, equivalent to approximately 75–100 kg/hour depending on wire size, finished flat-wire dimensions, material condition and operating settings.
