II- The electric control of the equipment.
a. The electric control systemis composed of AC inverter; PLC: machine interface;constant tension.
b. The electric control system is digital electronics system, the system has a funtion that reserves the extension; the control performance is very higher and anti-jamming is perfect.
c. The electric control system is composed of main electric cabinet ( included touch-screen panel ) and takes up operation panel. The electric cabinet is fixed upon of drawing M/C. The operation and maintenance is very convenient. The component of electric control is famous brands and has good quality. The electric motor with invertor made by HENG DA and HUI CHUAN. The points of contact to wire made by especail material, hardness > HRC58. All electronic products assembled with the machine have a two-year guarantee.
d. The system inpection and mainenance: Tension inspection, broken-wire inspection, count-meter and coun-weight tensionframe sensor, inverter trouble inspection and etc…
